She did all she could to reduce my serious back pain in the 1 hour time frame I gave her before I needed to go to work, and must say the relief that she was able to provide with her magic, was well received as I needed help. May heard and saw my pain, and she was so kind to help me get better, not 100%, but will say I was able to go to work instead of calling in sick. I can not thank her enough, for opening up to help me, she is by far the kindest person you will ever meet! Thanks, May

I should have walked away then, but i really needed a massage. She took me to the back and had me lay down on this really huge bed. I paid for deep tissue and got some weird Swedish deep rubbing massage that hurt. She then asked to walk on my back. She kept all her weight on me and i couldn't breathe. I had to tell her to get off me. I usually like deep tissue and can tolerate pain... but she had no idea what she was doing!!! She got off and continued to do weird motions on my back. I ended up tipping $14 and the 1 hr "deep" tissue was $70. I probably will never ever go back and don't recommend it to anyone especially since they are not Thai. I do want my money back for false advertisement.

Was able to find & treat all tangled areas with the best techniques for each. The other therapists were attending education this day. I have the utmost respect for those who strive to further educate themselves. I thoroughly expect that I would receive great massages from them as well. Thanks for hanging in there between Harvey's mess & the construction! I will definitely support this business. (They might even get sick of me :)

My mom wanted a very light and relaxing massage and I needed a deep tissue massage to work out knots. Kelli has very strong hands and worked the knots on my back relentlessly. I'll be sore later but the massage therapy was exactly what I needed. Rhonda did our facials and this was also incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable about the skin and what your body is telling you through your skin. She did a great job and our faces looked and felt amazing after. The spa is a little hidden in a business office environment and it's no frills unlike other spas (i.e. You're not going to hang out in a tea room in a robe), however the place was very clean, cozy, smelled great, and each room was designed perfectly and had the proper cozy ambience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this small business!

From previous experiences here, make sure you communicate your "problem areas" if any, to the receptionist or front desk person so they can translate that back to your massage person. My masseuse lady felt the tightness I had in those problem areas and worked her magic. She also stopped a few times to ask me if her use of pressure was okay. I'm a deep tissue kinda gal so I told her to go in on them knots lol. You pay for your massage first. If you're tipping with your credit card, that will be done after your massage. My only complaint is that they charge an additional card terminal service fee PER CARD TRANSACTION without verbally telling you. When I got home and reviewed the receipts, I was charged the fee for the cost of the massage AND when they swiped for the tip afterwards. I do not like that business practice. I could have been charged the fee once, but now I know to bring cash for tip next time or just cash altogether!!
