The property is clean and well maintained, but the way management handles customers is disappointing. Every late payment already comes with a $40+ late fee, which is a clear financial benefit to the company. If someone doesn't pay after 30 days, the unit goes into foreclosure and belongings can be auctioned--again, the company profits. Wanting to "remove all late payers" (as I was told) is harsh and unrealistic. No facility with hundreds of units will ever have every single customer pay on time. Forcing out loyal, paying tenants--even those covering late fees--is unprofessional and unnecessary. In the end, I paid what I owed, but was still forced out. Customers deserve better treatment than this.
