They came quickly to give us an estimate for painting our home and back patio cement. They were, by far, the most reasonable quote, not the cheapest, but really well-priced for the work. They pressure washed everything, used high quality Sherwin Williams paint and completed the job in 2 days! The house looks new again. We had stucco and trim to paint on our 2400 sq. ft. single story and it came out great. Highly recommend them. Anne came to do our estimate and they scheduled us quickly and around our hectic schedule. Highly recommend J&L Painting. I would use them again.

Check out the text I posted. I literally hired this guy to do my floors and he insisted that I give him half of the money down, and he never showed up. The craziest part about it is he completely lies, yet when you meet him he seems like an outgoing cool business guy. What. A SCAM. I literally have 2 more weeks worth of the same texts, and have to file in small claims court. This is the second time I posted this review. I actually fell for his crap again when he begged me to take it down because it was embarrassing and he would "pay me tomorrow." Pshh... I'm an idiot.

Please, PLEASE beware of Julio Paint Service and Bonny (his wife). DO NOT fall for their scam!…read moreThey start off sharing that they are good honest, Christian people, who have been in the business of painting and dry wall repair for years. Bonny will tell you Julio doesn't speak or understand English so she has to be on site to translate for him. None of it is true. Julio speaks and understands English just fine, he is not skilled in dry wall repair or re texturing. We hired Julio Paint Service to repair kitchen ceiling dry wall, re texture and paint mainly because they both agreed that this was Julio's specialty. He did a very poor job. We now believe the job was out of his skill set. He worked very sloppy and careless. He barely knew how to properly cover the kitchen to protected it from dry wall debris, he got dry wall compound on our painted walls and appliances, he stepped on our island counter top, onto our glass top stove to reach the ceiling and completely shattered it - instead of simply using a ladder to reach. Julio didn't share the bad news about the damage with us the entire day, instead he covered up the damage to our glass top stove. Bonny called late that evening to tell us the glass top had been cracked, when it had actually been shattered. Later that week we had to micro manage Julio and Bonny through the rest of the repair which inconvenienced my husband and I. Julio continued to work sloppy and careless. Bonny complained about all of her medical issues the entire job. To make matters worse, after we bought all of the supply for Julio to use. Bonny came to us before the job started and asked us to advance her $200 on labor fee because they had an unexpected car repair. Although providing them with money up front was not in their contract, since we are nice, honest people, we agreed to advance them $200. BAD idea, the entire job, from Monday to Friday, was done poorly, the glass top stove is $700+ to repair. Bonnie and Julio both have avoided us every time we text or call to make arrangements to collect money from them for the botched repair and damage to our glass top stove. Please, PLEASE do not fall for Julio Paint Services' scam. Julio and Bonny are unprofessional and dishonest individuals.

Exceptional Service from Rami and Elm Flooring and Remodeling:…read more Based on our experience thus far, and in our opinion, we have no hesitation in awarding Rami and the Elm Flooring team a five-star rating. Although we are still in the midst of our kitchen and flooring project, the quality of engagement and craftsmanship displayed thus far warrants immediate recognition. The Selection Process: Before choosing Elm Flooring, we vetted several general contractors and stone installers. While we considered other reputable candidates, we ultimately chose Rami--despite his proposal not being the lowest bid--for several key reasons: * Unrivaled Customer Focus: Rami was the only professional who willingly and without any expectation of being awarded the job assisted us in selecting stone slabs and negotiating fair pricing on our behalf. All of this before a contract was even signed! * Proactive Problem Solving: He dedicated significant time without a contract in place to researching a specific farmhouse sink that allowed our original cabinetry to remain intact. * A Consultative Approach: His showroom at Spring-Cypress and TC Jester is excellent. He patiently guides you through samples and provides curated recommendations for outside sources if needed. Execution and Craftsmanship: During the first phase (countertops, backsplash, and fireplace surfacing), Rami delivered exactly as promised. He manages a high-caliber team of fabricators, electricians, and plumbers. The slab installation, led by Adam the fabricator and his chief installer, was meticulous and executed on schedule. Their attention to detail was evident in the final aesthetic, which is nothing short of stunning. Professional Accountability: True professionalism is defined by how a team handles challenges. Toward the end of the first phase, the crew rushed to finish before the weekend, leaving behind some construction debris. When we notified Rami, the response was immediate: 1. Adam promptly sent a crew member to finish the cleanup. 2. Rami went above and beyond by coordinating with his own professional cleaner to ensure our home was cleaned so order could be restored that same Saturday evening. Final Thoughts (So Far): Rami is more than just a contractor; his humility, deep knowledge, and infectious positivity have made him a friend of the family. We are thrilled with the results of Phase 1 and look forward to completing the remainder of our project with the same level of excellence. Thank you Rami and team!

I had to pay to have a true professional drywall installer come and FIX Juan's terrible work! I've also attached a photo that shows a section of drywall where the surface isn't even. Because that large spot was left open, one of the workers sprayed Killz paint on that section of my wall.
