We are glad that we hired them for the entire day. They brought a chipper, small stump grinder, Bobcat, and dump truck to adequately deal with our job. A skilled climber dealt with the tall trees that needed removal or pruning and others dealt with the ground-level items, including 10 stumps that had been left by the previous owner. The area is on a slope near a lake and care was taken to appropriately deal with the wood, including stacking the smaller pieces for our future use and hauling off the rest. They cleared a lot of brush along our lake, which would have been a lot of effort for us. Throughout the day, they attended to any questions or requests that we had. We are pleased with the results and would hire Pegram again.

The estimator showed up on time and we agreed on a price to remove a Crepe Myrtle in my front yard that had roots growing into my sewer line. The scheduler called me within 24 hours of the estimate and emailed me my official proposal. I signed it and got on the schedule. The crew called me the morning of service and gave me an arrival time. They showed up exactly when I was told and got right to work. The tree came down quick and they cleaned up as they went. When they were almost done the stump grinding crew showed up. They got rid of the stump, raked and shoveled all of the sawdust back into the hole, raked the leaves left over, and blew off my driveway. When they pulled away it was as if they were never here (minus the open spot where a tree used to be). Time from pulling up to leaving was no more than 1.5 hours. Bravo gents! They had an incredible little robotic machine that fit through my fence to get to the limbs in my backyard. They all proceeded to get to their appropriate jobs and in no time at all, they had both limbs down and stacked neatly in my neighbor's yard for him to use as firewood. They left my backyard better than it looked when they got here and blew all the leaves off the driveway and patio.
