Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. Something was seriously wrong with our garage door. Every time we opened or closed it, something…read morewas pulling away from the wall, dropping drywall on the floor. Eventually, a metal structure holding the garage light snapped, too. We gave Cincinnati Door and Opener a call and Adam came by to take a look. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He noted immediately that the two springs that bear the weight of the door had broken (I would never have known), which started the domino effect of having the pulley cable start to pull away from the wall and snap the housing the held it. Adam had everything we needed for a repair on his truck, explained the pricing and set to work. Just over an hour later he was done. He made the pulley housing stronger by using better quality metal than it came with originally, replaced the rubber strip under the door and the springs, secured the pulley to the wall, lifted the safety sensors so they wouldn't get damaged by rain or water and even changed a burned out light for me, since he had his ladder handy. The garage door has never been quieter. Recommended!

The problem was that there were countless installation dates, cancellations, and a great deal of frustration regarding all parties involved. The Dilemma: Regarding tradesman and construction you can get affordable service, you can get high-quality craftsmanship, and you can get things done quickly. You just have to pick two. I chose affordable and high-quality craftsmanship with Everytime windows. I severely underestimated how long it would take to get the installation done (almost 2 years). That being said, in regards to value, my total cost for the purchase and installation of 13 windows through this company was equivalent to the cost of merely 5 windows at a competitor. So if you are a very patient home-owner and are looking for affordable service, everytime windows may be the company for you. I do hope that in the future, Everytime Windows will provide faster service to it's clients. What is the company? This is an independent owner-operator company with a very small and highly-skilled labor force. The owner, Zachary Lynch, a veteran window installation specialist who has branched out into independent operations and direct-to-consumer services. The verdict: If you want the same guy that sells you the windows to install the windows and you want an installation team that speaks English and can communicate effectively, then you have come to the right place. They sell an upgraded version of the Alside Mezzo…read more You'll probably find some folks talk trash the Mezzo, but these are not the same ones that Alside initially released in 2014. The frame had been strengthened and RWT specifically upgraded the spacer in between panes for better insulation as well as added foam insulation in two sections inside the frames. The windows we chose were what RWT called Proline 2200. In any case, RWT does not use subcontractors (very important) who get paid by the job. What this means is that RWT would not rush a job just so they can fit more jobs in a day to get paid more. The technicians who came to install our windows were meticulous and very respectful of our home. The install went smoothly and they left no debris. They do not consider a job finished until all flawless windows are installed and would not request payment until then. In our case, one of our windows had a crack during the shipping process and RWT asked the manufacturer to send a replacement. They did not ask for us to pay until everything was amended. We'd definitely come back to RWT for our other window replacements over the next few years.
