Millington Floor covering provided an excellent customer service experience. We have been pleased…read morewith the whole service from beginning to end. The sales floor and sales person were very organized and professional. We were treated with respect and professionalism, all our questions were answered ahead of time, and what took Lowe's 2 1/2 months to do, took MFC just 3 weeks. We are super impressed! The best part about it was that we didn't have to pay full price upfront, the way these services should be done. The installation crew was very adept at their job and worked hard to get the job done in one day without rushing and cutting corners. They were very professional and careful with our home. I highly recommend MFC, not only because we got superior service, but they are locally owned and operated and have skin in the game with their surrounding communities. Avoid big box store headaches and their sales gimmicks, MFC was able to get the job done for $2K less than Lowe's!! That alone was enough to wakes us up to the big box upcharges! Thanks MFC for a great experience!

After driving 45 minutes to the Henning location I was told that they didn't have any mini ex's to rent. They made no apologies about not having any even though I made a reservation two weeks prior to me needing it. I asked for the owner and he acted like he could care less, only saying that they had been busy. If they can make good on the reservation, at least someone could've called me to let me know that they are idiots and can't do something as simple as to make sure the equipment is there when someone reserves it, or maybe just say they don't take reservations. That was you wouldn't be so pissed when you drive 45 mins to get there and they don't have what you need. Rent somewhere else.

Well needless to say when she mailed them to me, they got lost in the mail so now we're sure they are lost. I called 3 different services throughout the week to try to get a replacement key and I was told range for the key would be $380-$500. After a week without my car key I was at my breaking point and thought I was going to have to break the bank to get a new key. I called Lock N Roll and spoke with Bart. He was so kind and helpful I was able to get my replacement key and have it reprogrammed within an hour of calling him. Not only did I get a new programmed key for my car in good time, I didn't have to break the bank to do It!
