I have been to several ot Physical Therapy Businesses in Montgomery and this is the worst,…read moreunprofessional, incompetent, greedy and dishonest business.I tried to contact Laurie Applegate and the director and owner, and neither called be back. I went to Therapy South for injuries that I acquired as a result of a hit and run driver. The Business is rather small in comparison to others that I have been to .I had an appointment for awhile, then suddenly Shara and staff allowed walk-ins to come in, and this place became overcrowded, and claustrophobic, there wasn't much air circulating, they were aware of the size of their establishment, however, didn't matter to them because they were greedy and only thought about how much money they were making,it was horrible, and I wasn't able to do my exercises and Therapy because one Therapist sent anothe patient to use the same equipment that I was using, it bwcame so unbearable, I had to leave early. They received over $3500.00 for absolutely nothing .I requested my Medical Records and I was absolutely astounded that Laura wrote in assessment comments that"PT seems to be doing well while she is in the clinic. " She is walking to therapy each session so this has helped a lot." This is absurd, based on an assumption, these duplicate statements and repetitive statement were written in numerous pages. I wasn't asked each day, how, I came to therapy, it was Winter time ,cold and rainy on some days.These statements that I waked to therapy each day was based on assumption and lies, all of my records are duplicates each day, they were too lazy, incompetent, unprofessional greedy liars too write new comments each time I came,that is the way it is supposed to be done. These records are repetitive and absurd, too busy trying to see ever patient that walk-in and this is why my records are a disaster,the worst ever. The assistant therapist kept the big lie going because he didn't change comments either Therapy Soth is a bad greedy business that didn't care about me as a patient, they only cared about the money, I do not recommend this business because they used bad business practices and they are dishonest, deceitful liars,they are awful and terrible. I regret I ever went to their business.

Facility has no coffee cups, no toilet papers in toilet, and staff are laughing in the back but have no genuine care for the patients. They are behind a closed door, and it never opened up except for when a patient came out from being seen. There was an elderly couple who was also waiting, and a lady in for a job screening, and were all just forced to wait with no telling on how long the wait would be. Yes, it was on a Sunday, and yes, I understand that they also see kids at the practice, but... When I had arrived, there were 3 kids and 0 adults in the waiting area. 2 hours without anyone coming out to say 'oh there are 7 people in front of you' or even acknowledging that we are there. Their automated check in system tells you 'You may experience a few minutes of wait' but... not an hours. When a lady had an inquiry a rep opened the door, and I used that chance to ask 'how many people were ahead of me' and told that that I was planning on leaving if it was going to be too long. She got my name and went back, and must have forgot about the task, because I didn't hear back for another 8 minutes, which is when I decided to leave. They have the pre-register and automated check-in process, but it obviously does not operate based on actual availability/wait times as you're being forced to wait another hour afterwards. With all this being said... please at least check the bathrooms and refreshment area to make sure they are clean and that customers have access to the basic necessities. Thank you.

Given his history of ear infections, we were concerned he might have another one. After waiting over an hour to be seen (which we understand can happen when they're busy), we spoke with the nurse about his symptoms. The nurse practitioner then entered the room and immediately asked us to explain why we were there. Before we could even finish describing his symptoms, she cut us off and dismissed our concerns, stating that he was "just teething" and that a fever of 100.9°F "isn't a real fever." When we insisted that his symptoms were more serious than teething, she doubled down, claiming he didn't have a runny nose, cough, sneezing, or a serious fever. It took persistent advocacy on our part for her to finally agree to examine his ears. Sure enough, he had a severe ear infection. Had we accepted her initial assessment, we would have left without proper treatment after wasting over two hours of our time. While we understand that children can have overlapping symptoms, the dismissive attitude and complete disregard for our concerns as parents felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Parents know their children best, and being brushed off like that when seeking care for a sick child is unacceptable. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone with a young child.

They led me back as her visitor with into a nearby waiting room. Once ready, I was brought back to my friend's room. It was so clean, and well organized. The medical staff was friendly and communicated well. My friend was pleased and so was I. Fortunately we didn't have to stay long but glad my friend got care within a clean and nicely staffed hospital.

He "referred" my mom to another clinic, but my mom has never heard back. She has called AFC primed 3 times (goes straight to voicemail) and has went in person twice to figure things out, but they never gave her an answer. So I went into AFC primed today after over a month of not hearing back from the clinic they so "referred" her to and they never gave me a reason on why she was never referred. It's because they never did. It takes 3-4 days just for my mom to make an appointment, so who knows when she'll actually be seen? If this was done correctly a month ago she would already be seen. Dr. Mark Pita and AFC Primed in eastchase do not have any sense of urgency and keep deferring you.

So I may wait 30 minutes just for the ultrasound and after that, once I make it to the exam room it could be another 10 minutes or more so to be seen by the doctor (for like 5 minutes). I don't know what causes such long delays, but surely their system can be improved somehow.
