I filled out the paperwork and was taken to a dressing room. I was given a key to secure my belongings. I had never had an MRI before but was told what to expect before the procedure began. I was a bit surprised that it was going to take 20 minutes inside the machine. The machine was noisy, but again, it didn't bother me. The entire experience took less than an hour. I felt the staff was kind and the original Doctor that I had been introduced to was extremely accommodating in arranging the appointment without delay. My Dr. Kenneth Taylor received the results also in a timely manner and I was able to begin physical therapy immediately.

The many forms I filled out were of poor quality and could tell they had been copied many times. I was taken to a room and asked to take off some of my clothing and empty my pockets including my wallet. I was told my personal effects would be secured, but when I returned to retrieve them, they were not, and a key was in the door. The technician was itinerant who traveled wherever the parent company needed him. I had not been told my MRI would be with contrast. We had to wait for the doctor to arrive to inject the dye. It was very painful, and no empathy. The MRI was also very painful and louder than any previous. The machine appeared to be from the 70's. Definitely imaging on the cheap.

I have been sitting waiting for over 2 hours and they have called everyone that came after me. I…read morefilled out all the paperwork on line and they still didn't have everything. why have people come early if you are going to have them wait 2 hours. Do we not follow appointments . Now remind you if you late they want to charge you. This is some terrible service. Unbelievable. Still waiting and frustrated. This is probably a waste of time there will probably be no changes.

The Quest Diagnostics lab in Montgomery, Alabama: 10710 Chantilly Pkwy, Montgomery, AL 36117, USA -…read moreit's located in a Wallmart. Quest requires you wait in a room that is, at best, 10' x 15', with a large flatscreen monitor on one wall which eventually informs you when they're ready to perform your labs. When I arrived, I was introduced to a tiny room, already occupied with four other individuals, and we all waited, in close proximity to each other as the small chairs placed us side-by-side. Despite wearing a mask, I became ill for nearly an entire week after this appointment - a COLD virus. All I can say is: thank God it wasn't the Coronavirus, to which me and my spouse are particularly vulnerable. You should be thankful, too, Quest, because otherwise we'd be talking litigation.
