When I followed up, I was told I needed to have requested it in writing, something never mentioned when the refund was offered. A follow up email went unanswered. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card, and the refund appeared shortly after, once it became an actual dispute. Poor communication and policies no one mentioned until it was convenient, and a refund that only materialized once they had to answer to my credit card company. I can't recommend this place for toddlers.
