I have had nothing but trouble with Southern Diagnostic AR department. It takes a month before a payment is posted. I have two different account numbers??? I paid the final payment and never saw a another bill. Then nearly a year later I get a notice from a collection agency saying I owe a balance. Sounds like some dishonesty may be going on. They need to independently audit their AR department to find out where the money is going if it isn't being applied to the patients account! read more

If there was a negative zero this company would have received it. In 2019 I went to Southern Diagnostic to get a MRI on my hip. The out of pocket fee Southern Diagnostic gave me was very minimal so I went ahead and got the MRI. Well a couple of months passed and the quote they gave me for out of pocket was DOUBLED. That's fine I called and was put on a $100 a month payment plan. Everything was fine, I was making my timely payments then they stopped. I called in September 2019 and told the AR department I stopped receiving bills. They told me my insurance covered the rest and my balance was $0. THAT WAS A LIE!!!!!! Today January 27,2020 I received a bill for $468.00 through a COLLECTION AGENCY. I called Southern Diagnostic and they said they had been mailing the statements. THAT IS ANOTHER LIE!!!! I told the not very bright individual the conversation I had with Southern Diagnostic back in September but OFCOURSE they have no record of this. I don't know what is worse a liar or a thief this company is both. WOW What a coincidence the collection agency is right down the road from Southern Diagnostic, what a great scam! My 11 year old daughter needed an MRI so we went today. The lady at the front desk was very nice and sweet. We waited not even 10 minutes until we were seen. The lady that did the MRI was very nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. I don't even think we were there for a total of 30 minutes. From the second we walked in until we walked out we were treated with politeness and friendliness. All in all it was a great experience and my daughter was comfortable and well taken care of. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Will overcharge to the extreme, are rude, and the results are inaccurate. I had to get all of my tests redone and still pay their inflated bill. Rip Off. read more
