When I called the office to ask if they had checked with my husbands previous dentist for records their answer was....getting records to them was our responsibility. I stated they were the professions and we were the clients, they should have called. Her answer, and I quote "I have over 3,000 patients. I can't keep track of everyone's records." Since getting these tests done is critical to rule out things so I can get the correct treatment for my autoimmune condition. Despite me saying I do not react well to the dilation and I get severe headaches and light sensitivity they did not care. I should have refused but I really needed the tests done so I agreed, then they only completed one of the two tests as they said I didn't need it despite what my rheumatologist requested, I was not provided tissues to wipe my eyes nor dark glasses to protect my eyes. I had to take an uber home as my vision was so blurry I could not drive.

The bill was devastating to our budget. I called the office asking if there was anything that could be done and they told me 'that is what the procedures cost'. I told them it was hard on our budget, but the manager of the office told me my wife should have said something when she was there. My wife told them she had no insurance and asked if they had any discounts. They told her no but they had not told her the total price at that time. The manager stated my wife and been there before so she should have known the price. All we were asking for was a small discount, the manger basically told us tough, that was the price. I was a patient at Bartoshesky's until he stopped taking my insurance. It is sad when professional takes advantage of older people. There was no fillings or work done other than a cleaning. $330 is very high and hard on fixed income people!

No response to that inquiry (now 8 Dec.) . On 2 Dec. rechecked that the referral had actually been forwarded - originating office confirmed it had been forwarded. Called and left another inquiry on 2 Dec - again no reply as of 8 Dec. If they are not taking new patients or do not treat back pain it would be nice to know. Cannot recommend them.
