The staff was friendly and suggested that we return at 1pm as they were busy and would be closing early for the holiday. We met Mary who was most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. After 90 minutes we had chosen the new flooring, shower tile, sink style, and counter tops for our 2 bathrooms. Tile Market has an an extensive inventory to choose from, and I cannot stress enough how great Mary was in guiding us with our selections. I cannot comment on price because our bathrooms need to be measured, however I have no issue paying for value. If you're remodeling in the Rehoboth Beach or Lewes environs, I highly recommend Tike Market of Delaware!

We literally walked all around the store for a half hour with sales associates walking by the entire time - all ignoring us. Not so much as a welcome - someone can help you in just a bit. Or even eye contact for that matter. I finally asked a question of one of the associates who walked into the aisle with another sales person. She's answered curtly with a "no," and walked off. With that, my husband (who was milling about in another aisle) said, "no one wants to wait on you." Kidding - not kidding me and said let's go - I'm not buying anything here. There were at least five or six sales associates waiting on one customer. We walked out. I'm returning to my fantastic store in my previous home town. It will be worth the three hour drive after experiencing this shop.

One of this company's secret business practices is being an internet Domain Name squatter…read more Two years ago I bought a single domain name for my new small business, using the .org option because it was cheapest. The .com and .net were open and unused at that time. I went back later to add those options and I saw someone had bought both the .com and .net options almost immediately after I had paid for the .org. Using whois look up I saw that this company had squatted on both domain alternatives and had repriced them to $2000 each. I don't actually care at the end of it. .org is fine for me, I'm a local business and its for a simple email address, but it still speaks volumes that they would do this so quickly and so greedily. If they do this, while technically fully legal, I imagine they are probably behaving unethically in other ways in their business. Keep this in mind when considering doing business with them. Just because it's legal doesn't mean its ethical or trustworthy.
