This guy should be selling cars or something, as we walked out with way more alcohol than we walked in intending to buy. If we are ever back in town, I know we will be stopping back by to stock up on something tasty and if the same guy is working, I'm sure we'll end up with more than we were looking for.

While I respect store guidelines, I expected more flexibility given my history as a loyal customer and the fact that the products were sold in a non-working condition. Furthermore, the solution offered by your staff--suggesting I take the cartridges apart to salvage the oil--was highly unprofessional and unsafe. As a customer, I expect a functional product, not a "DIY" project to fix a manufacturing error. I had hoped for a simple exchange to rectify the situation.
