I worked with selling agent Kris Kolarich from Southern Classic Realtors. Unfortunately, they wasted nearly two months of my time and ultimately accepted a slightly higher offer from another buyer. They countered my initial offer, which I accepted, but then left it unsigned for months. I was told they were waiting on the bank's management team to sign my offer. They could have denied my offer within a week, which would have been fine. Please avoid this agency or the agent listed to be working with them unless you want to waste yourt time for them to go and sell the property to someone for little extra money. It is pathetic because 3% commission is so little for them to waste clients time. read more

Do your research. Do NOT expect your Realtor to know the answers. Ask for Referrals. Get as much information as possible and compare them to other Realtors. Be VERY CAREFUL of people - companies they recommend, especially Element Funding. You can do better. I fired them after 9 weeks as they were never able to get me to closing.
