I was locked into a year long contract with these women for a year at $200 a month plus a $200…read moreinitiation fee without the ability to get out. I was billed for every expensive (unnecessary) medical test- hundreds of dollars. I ended up only having TWO meetings with the medical doctor. In a year.. $200 a month regardless. Portal emails (that were supposed to be returned in 72 hrs according to the contract) were not responded to and I was "bumped" from an appointment when I showed up. I had to file TWO Amex claims for unauthorized charges. supplements "prescribed" were previously recommended by another holistic practitioner ,so they were nothing new. Was trying to avoid surgery, but ended up having to have it a year later. They did nothing to help me. I'm so disappointed I wasted my time and thousands of dollars on these people. The medical bills for tests keep showing up, years later! Please don't let the spa like atmosphere and empty promises fool you. Unless you have money to burn, stay away.

Visited the store & made an appointment. The day of the appointment I got a call from Michelle saying that the whole family had been sick. I understood. She said she would call me one week later. No return call. A couple of weeks later I called again, left a detailed message & again no call. I'm beyond done. They got enough chances. That I no way to treat a customer.
