I had a very disappointing experience at this bowling alley. The lane we were assigned continuously…read moremalfunctioned throughout our time there, making it impossible to properly enjoy the game. We repeatedly reported the issue, but it was never resolved. When I asked for management's information and requested a refund due to the ongoing lane problems, the young employee refused to provide either. What made the situation even more upsetting is that while I was there, I personally witnessed one of the employees give a white woman a $40 refund, yet my request was denied without explanation. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and consistency in how customers are treated is unacceptable. I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Management seriously needs to address both their equipment issues and how their staff handles customer concerns. Don't waste your money or time at this establishment.

The place is relatively new (someone mentioned I opening in August) and still pristine. We went on…read morea Saturday afternoon and had no difficulty getting a lane for a family of three. Only one minor issue to start the the staff was prompt and friendly about getting it fixed. They have bumpers available for the kids and the animations between frames keeps them amused if they aren't completely into bowling. There are also an arcade and snack area both of which we skipped since we'd just eaten and we're headed to nap time but they looks clean and well kept. Finally, they offer a very nice "defender" discount for military, LEO, and I think fire/EMS which made the price very reasonable for our family

Cypress Lanes is a good choice if you're looking for something to do with kids on a rainy day…read more There's plenty to keep them busy--bowling, a good variety of arcade and video games, and even a bouncy room, which was a big hit. I actually loved their bowling shoes so much that I tried to buy a used pair (yes, really), but they wouldn't sell them. They did offer to sell me a new pair, but they weren't the same style I was obsessed with. Oh well--worth a try. If you get hungry, the food menu is surprisingly extensive, which is nice when you're there for a while. They also have a daiquiri bar, which sounds fun in theory, but honestly the drinks weren't great. I can't really recommend them. Overall, this is a fun, easy outing for kids, and it's better than tolerable for adults. I wouldn't come here just for myself, but I'd definitely bring the kids back without hesitation.

She was gone for about 15 minutes, came back to resume, and then left again after just two minutes to handle other tasks. I honestly thought she had been hired and was already in orientation. That's how long she was kept waiting without any communication. Completely unacceptable.
