First and foremost - a door that needed to be opened did not unlock when it should have. This wasted at least 10 minutes. There was also some sort of math equation but even when we asked the staff, they had no clue how to solve it either. We also weren't given our full time. She set the clock for an hour but she came and got us 5 minutes early. She said maybe the clock was broken, but the timer went off as we were leaving. Over-all, we were 3 clues from finishing so we are happy. We will definitely be back for the haunted room.

Our last visit wasn't great with the previous owner, but WOW--this time was a total game-changer! You can tell the new owner truly cares about the experience, and it shows. Although we left with some bumps, bruises, and scares. This was fun. With multiple locations in Tampa, Hudson, and Bradenton, there's no excuse not to check them out.
