I had an appointment to see Dr Klienman in 3 day, the staff cancelled that appointment even though nobody also would treat whatever is going on. Why do that to me? so they rescheduled for 7 days later to the Bristol office, sent a confirmation to my phone, I got there and the receptionist gives my a blank look and said it was canceled, I said why? she just stared and said reschedul. This use to be a caring organization, not anymore, now after much begging and pleading supposedly I'm scheduled for January 14. They are our only choice in Tri Cities area of Tennessee

The other doc was abrupt and impatient and he didn't want me to ask any questions. His demeanor indicated that he just wanted to check my eyes and get on to his next patient. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received. I've already recommended Dr Reeves to a friend, who's already made an appointment to see him. My eyesight is very important to me, as is my time and the specialist care I need to keep my eyes healthy. I highly recommend Dr. Reeves.

I have had to wait long periods of time, and when it comes to paying the bill - they make it very difficult to do so as their on-line payment portal never seems to work correctly. The left lens had small cracks on them. They did replace once but it happened again another time and I was told they could not do anything because it had been a little over 2 years. I have been wearing glasses more than 50 years and have never seen such poor quality. I have never had a lens crack like this. The quality is very poor for the price paid.
