However, when I got my first bill, I wanted an explanation why I was charged for 2months when Ive only had it for 1month. I spoke to Kelly, she spoke like she was reading a script. She said I was rude when i asked for documentation stating 1st payment will be for 2 months and why wasnt i told I would be charged for 2 months on first bill when not all others have. My comment was "here we go again" referring to bad experiences with spectrum. She said they sent me this this etc and they havent sent me anything. They only blocked me from asking questions on The broadcom app. Whereby they only posted the question about service after I called them and asked. Four days went by without communication but received confirmation from Yelp confirming appointment. On the day of the appointment, they still wouldn't confirm if they were coming or not. Two hours past the appointment time, they sent a cancellation text. Not even professional enough to make a phone call. Absolutely pathetic customer service and I would avoid using them at all costs.
