The first time they came the shade/ screens were the wrong color. 2nd time the longest screen mechanism at the front of the patio bowed which did not allow it to operate properly The 3rd time the other side of the patio the blind was made not wide enough to fit into the tracks to fit into the tracks that they travel up and down on. Out of nowhere we received a letter informing us they are not coming back.
