He insisted that he come out and trouble shoot the system before replacing the pump. He came out on a Saturday and found no issue with the pump and replaced a circuit breaker. Sam is a man you can trust and will not gouge you. He said if there is a problem in the near future with the pump he will come out ASAP and continue trouble shooting. I saw two unwelcome insects in my house this month and that is two bugs too many. Mike from Reynolds Pest Management was here this morning to do the termite traps and the initial pest control inside my house and outdoors around my house. He was extremely professional and polite, and explained everything to me. I am so impressed with this company and its employees. We used Reynolds in 2012 for termite protection -- they apparently no longer do the Termidor treatment -- and at that time I was very impressed with the thoroughness of this labor-intensive installation of termite control. That's why we turned to Reynolds again when we needed termite treatment and pest control. I highly recommend Reynolds, a local company doing VERY GOOD WORK.
