We contacted JDM Landscapers and Design after a recommendation from a friend. We met with Donna several times walking us through the design process, scheduling and letting us know what to expect. Joe and Donna were delightful to talk to, they were down to earth and reliable. Their workers were respectful and kind. Overall, what really stood out was: * Good listeners, heard wanted we wanted and provided guidance * Stayed within our budget * Prompt, timely communication * Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions * Good follow up and made a return visit when we were concerned about a plant * Once the work started, it was finished within 3 days Without the slightest hesitation, we would recommend JDM for anyone seeking professional, quality landscaping. We look forward to working with Joe and Donna on future projects. Stephen & Teresa

Then it quickly began to fall apart from there. I text Mike over two months trying to get him to come back to fix the job. He replied me a couple times saying "I plan on coming taking the whole thing down and redoing it". And "I'd never be satisfied with work like that". After two months he finally sent someone to come fix the job. They did not take it out. They only made it 10x worse. My neighbor and I are having to pay another fence company to come fix this mess. Do not do business with this company. The pictures on this business page can't be his because they do not know anything about making something look good. Only how to screw it up so the gates do not open, the fence is not straight and screws are sticking out so our kids can get hurt trying to get though the gates that wont open. It looks absolutely horrible. I don't know anyone that could be satisfied with work like this. When I messaged him a few weeks ago about possibly writing a review this is how he responded, "reviews do nothing" and "most companies as ours will still get work everywhere". I assure you reviews and pictures do a lot. Keep scrolling for another fence company.
