I called one day and they were here the next. This time it was a little more difficult to get them out. I called 3 weeks ago and followed up a few days later when I didn't hear from them. I assumed they had some big jobs which they had to take care of more quickly ( I only had a small leak) so I called them at 3 weeks. The office lady had the tech (Danny?) call me back the same day and they sent Wally and Victor out the following day. It might have taken a little longer but, I know I can count on them to be professional and get the job done right!
