I called one day and they were here the next. This time it was a little more difficult to get them out. I called 3 weeks ago and followed up a few days later when I didn't hear from them. I assumed they had some big jobs which they had to take care of more quickly ( I only had a small leak) so I called them at 3 weeks. The office lady had the tech (Danny?) call me back the same day and they sent Wally and Victor out the following day. They found the problem, dug a tunnel for access and resolved the issue in under 2 hours. Friendly guys, respectful and professional (just like last time) and got me fixed up quickly. Right away I was impressed with this duo, father and son, they understood what I wanted and needed, didn't try to upsell me and even used some extra scrap around my property. Kasey actually made the small entrance gate out of this scrap, welded on the property and installed the gate. It's a work of art!
