Extremely communicative. After registering for the course received a confirmation email. The day of even received detailed instructions of their office location. Instructor was friendly, educated and informative. Easy to talk to and ask questions. She covered the material completely and efficiently. They had enough equipment for the class and everything was clean and put together. I will definitely go through them again when it's time to recertify. BEWARE!! I would NOT recommend this facility. Very unprofessional and rude instructor! I had to reschedule a class because of the snowstorm and ice, which I rescheduled in the appropriate amount of time for rescheduling. When I called the next week to schedule, she was very rude over the phone recognizing my phone number, and she started saying that I canceled My last appointment did not give them a notice, and did not confirm to a text message. But I still canceled within 24 hours online. And she did not care at all. Had any sympathy about the fact that I was explaining to her about the snow and ice storm and that I live 40 minutes away. And then once I got to the classroom, I walked in the door at 12:02 and my class was supposed to start at 12:00pm I had to walk pretty far to find the place and parking. I walk in and I'm the only student there. She doesn't greet me at all. She just makes a rude, snarky comment saying "you know If someone else was in this classroom, I wouldn't have let you come in and you wouldn't Allowed to be here because you were late" I apologized and explained to the lady I'm sorry I was trying to find parking and I had to walk all away to find this classroom. She was very rude and unprofessional. I explained to her that I did not appreciate her being rude to me, and this pretty much turned into Back-and-forth fued with me trying to explain myself and her trying to come down my throat about everything and I said can we just start the class I'm the only one Two minutes late. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally in my entire life!! I'm not sure what her problem is but it's not OK to treat people like that! And then, when I asked to get a contact name of the supervisor with the company , she refused to give me any information , and she actually refused to give me her name!! She was very hostile and argumentative. There was no respect whatsoever, and she treated me like I was some peasant in her world. There was no understanding. No, she never greeted me. Absolutely the worst customer service, and the most unprofessional person I've ever ran into my life!! read more

I went through Healthcare CPR training with Linda, she is amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help if needed, ready to answer any questions I might have had. The instructor was very professional, the equipment kept clean and up to date. I would highly recommend any CPR course you have to take be done at South Sound CPR! I took a CPR instructors course from South Sound CPR training previous to becoming a teacher and the class was amazing. All of the instructors were very professional, and the equipment they used was very top-of-the-line. For this being my first instructor training course, I was very impressed with Linda's teaching. She made me feel very comfortable and answered every question I had. My father had heart failure the year before and Linda and Kris were very kind and compassionate explaining BLS to us. I completed the BLS class for healthcare workers. To be honest, I was nervous and anxious about the training course. Within 15 minutes I was relaxed and completely engaged. The instructor was great and gave clear direction and demonstrations. I would definitely recommend this class for all people in the healthcare field. read more

I went to a CPR training the other day, it was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating in every way possible. The delivery of their program was fantastic. Part of the program we watched videos of the proper techniques to use for people that get hurt, have seizures, and other things that may happen to people that may need emergency type of assistance. The second part of the program was all hands-on. To me that was the important part of the program because I am a hands on learner. First they showed us the proper techniques so that we could watch and learn and then they helped us perform the same techniques our selves. The equipment that we used I was impressed with and seemed very up-to-date. They gave me choices that I could pick from to do my class. The fee in comparison to the others seem to be about normal. The only thing that I found that could be a little difficult for someone that came from out of town would be where the building was located. It is in a shopping section in downtown lacey and located behind the target, Sears, kohl's building, that is in a long building with other businesses. It is located at the very end of those buildings. I highly recommend this company, they are fantastic. read more
