I called around to compare prices of a new set of 4 tires and I was going to save $50 over the…read moredealer by choosing Wells Norris. Considering all they do is tires, what could go wrong? I drove in with all 4 of my valve stems in working order and left with my instrument screen showing 1 in the red and 2 not registering pressure at all. I called immediately and they told me the car will reset on its own after being driven a bit. After a week or so 2 would not reset. I went back in to Wells Norris and they told me to take the car to the dealer. The dealer was going to charge charge me to fix it so they sent me back to Wells. Wells attempted to fix the problem and did reset one but the other would not reset so they told me they were going to have to charge me to fix it! I had them fix the one but told them this was their fault and I would only pay half. They treated me like they were doing me a favor yet they broke it. I had to take the car back 3 more times for them to fix the problems between all 3 of the original tires that weren't right from the start. I didn't save a dime considering I had to pay for their mistake, plus I have been in there for a total of 6 hours as they tried to fix the problem multiple times now. Guess what? 2 of the same tires STILL don't register pressure at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
