They redirected the plumbing and electrical. They moved the air intake into the ceiling from the wall, we were able to use that additional space for cabinets and appliances. He went into the Attic and installed steel braces to provide more support in the ceiling, by doing this he was able to remove a wall and support the new ceiling. Afterward he used some of the leftover materials and built us an outdoor bar. We feel fortunate to have met Carlos and the crew. He's a great person, honest, hardworking and never full of BS or drama.

Their team is first class and were most efficient during tear down and then again for the concrete tile installation. Kyle was the first person I met and he came out to my house, did an assessment, and got the eagle eye view of my roof done. Within a day I had a quote, thousands cheaper!!! I was a bit scared to go with a company that was $6-8 K cheaper, but I had nothing to fear. They sent me to their provider to see the tile choice I had and I chose one that I was expecting to cost a lot (pure white). They got it in quicker than expect, past every inspection as they came from the city and finished the job quietly and neatly. My driveway was perfectly in tact, they covered my pool. Everything was done, the PM on the job was Adrian and he was a straight forward and honest guy to work with. Very reasonable.

Hyer roofing was recommended to me by a friend who knows them both personally and professionally. I…read morerequested a quote which was provided for me within a a day or two. I was surprised by the reasonable price and also happy to commit to Hyer for the job. Immediately after accepting the offer and paying a small down payment, the company began working with me on which tiles I would choose so that the materials could be ordered. This was so important to me because I voiced really wanting to have the project completed before Fla hurricane season 2024 was in full swing. We went over the HOA requirements and Erica from Hyer did her research finding that many of the HOA approved choices were either discontinued or were on a very long waitlist. We decided to choose a color pattern that I liked and run it by my HOA with proper documentation and see if we could get it approved. Erica did all the leg work to get the documents together needed for my HOA approval process. With her help, we got the approval for the project and Erica immediately then began work on getting the city permitting process done. Within a couple of days of the city permit approval, Hyer began working on my house and the project was done in under 10 days. It would have been done even faster if it hadn't been for so many afternoons of thunderstorms. The whole process was really painless. The workers were very professional and cleaned up each day as if they were not even there. I highly recommend Hyer Quality Roofing if you are in the market for a new roof. They were awesome, not a single complaint from me and roof looks amazing. Several of my neighbors have asked for their info to get quotes of their own.

Kevin S. has been doing roofing for me on multiple houses for well over a decade. The earliest job he did for me has never leaked. He just did a job for me on another house. He has worked on many houses in my neighborhood and none of these have ever had any complaint. His work is always very careful and correct. It must be because it has always passed the very strict Tamarac inspectors on the first time. As a plus, the owner Kevin is very personable and honest. I would never use any other roofer, and give him my highest recommendation
