That was the smallest issue that they couldn't repair my laptop, but they stated, that they did and lied. I paid £72 pounds, that refunded only when I returned with an IT guy, who explained me that my laptop has a contact error and they have known it, as this is the only one explanation, how they can turn it on anytime (back, where I can't see that they hit it here and there), then it doesn't work at home.
