The plantar massage seems to relieve some pain right after so I'm definitely looking forward to the next appointment. The office is on the 2nd floor of this large building next to Osaka buffet. The place was smaller than other rehabilitation facilities and a little older as well, but it was packed with patients. We didn't have to wait long, a little over 15 minutes including the time to fill out paperwork. The scheduler was helpful and quick.

The facility is clean and tidy. The physical therapists are always knowledgeable and friendly. They work with you and explain everything. You develop a lovely relationship with them, they are all so pleasant. If something is too hard they will let you back off, if you need to cancel an appointment they aren't angry. It's a really great place to recover whatever is ailing you.

However, we were so disappointed when the school year began and we were never made aware that what should have been two therapists that our daughter knew and had a relationship with for two days a week became 5 days a week with three totally different therapists that we did not know. One day was even all day with two different therapists and we had no idea. Christine V. was responsible for the schedule change and for not making us aware. her response to me was "I am sorry I didn't tell you". This came after I questioned her when we were observing an increase in agressive behavior because it was just too much for my daughter and we would have never agreed to such a drastic increase. Now, we are left with a huge bill to pay ($1,000) for services we did not approve of because we didn't even know. Needless to say, out trust was completely broken and we immediately ceased therapy with this facility. Such a disappointment.
