a package was sent to this Post Office by mistake. I called them to to find out what happened to it since it had not moved for a few days via the tracking on the USPS site. When I told her my tracking number and what I was seeing on the web site she copped an attitude saying "well i show on my end it was rerouted" in a very rude and condescending manner. I said again that that is not what i am showing on the website. June then repeated herself in a manner that was again exhibiting a bad attitude. I then told her she had a piss poor attitude she then said "what?!" i told her again that she had a piis poor attitude then she started to get belligerent to when i responded " thank you have a bad weekend!" I would not have got shitty whit her if she had just maintained a professional and polite tone of voice. June needs some more training in customer service relations. read more
