I was 5 min away & they said to just come on in! I'm so grateful that the vet was willing to trust a dog he's never met & pull the quill without sedation. They said Gypsum did great and just sat there calmly (as I was hoping he would). I can tell the doctor had a very no-nonsense approach, and I really appreciate that! If I lived here in Rexburg, THIS would be my vet!

I honestly believe if every Medical doctor took the time and care and the vocabulary with their Human patients that Dr. Gray and De. I called and left a message on my friend's phone as I was trying to rush out with my cat who had two strokes and is 17 years old. My friend dialed the wrong skyline hospital he died one beginning in the area code 805 and didn't tell me I left a message and thought I was good to go got my cat in the car and we took off about 20 minutes outside of Idaho Falls because I live very far away I called to make sure that they still had an opening at 9:30 and I was greeted by a very rude receptionist who insisted that I should have showed up in the half-hour slot they allotted me well when I spoke with her the evening before at closing she said they had nothing at 8:00 or 9:30 I could pick either time. this receptionist was so rude to tell me well you should have showed up at 8:00 when I gave you the half hour slot and I said but you said you had an emergency come in don't you consider this an emergency my 17-year-old cat had two strokes and I need help I'm sorry I left a message on the wrong number this is an emergency no I can't help you because I blocked out a half hour for you and I didn't get a message from you so you'll have to wait till 1:00 and she was very rude I do not recommend this facility for anyone who has an emergency or an important situation and needs their help. Their staff is terrible so I'm not anticipating that the doctors would be much better besides that you have to actually get through this shitty staff just to get to the doctor good luck not recommended and the woman should get fired for what she did she was so rude and had no compassion for my animal just trying to prove a point then stopped me as I was telling her that I was wrong and said well I hope you feel bad about how you just said to all that to me and I said what I'm wrong but I don't feel bad I'm I'm frantic right now he said well you should feel bad she didn't care anything at all about my animal she just kept trying to stress her point.

People working up front were incredibly rude and dismissive of me even after I did everything they said I needed to do. They did not take me seriously because I am young. I understand places get busy but I was not given the time of day. If your job is to help animals please do so, every patient is a liability and it's your responsibility to take care of them. I used this groomer for a long time and frankly my dog has never know anyone better. The team there is, by far, the best of the best. What makes me write this review now is the endless search to try to find that level of service again. Trust me when I say it is rare to find. This is not something I will do in the motor home, and I saw an ad for Splash not far from the campground. I have never used a self-serve pet spa, but I'm glad I did! When I walked into Splash bright and early, there were already several other dog owners bathing their pooches. The wonderful staff member helped get me set up and ready to start the process of cleaning my pups. In less than an hour, my girls were clean, dry, and brushed! Having all the necessary tools within reach sure made this easy! Plus, I didn't have to clean the bathroom of all the dog fur, change soaking wet clothes as they have aprons for the owners, no wet laundry to do as they have the towels, and neither my back nor my knees hurt as the tub is waist high!
