She did respond after about 36 hours and said she's not accepting new clients. It doesn't make sense to me to not accept new clients, why not accept appointments on a first come first serve basis. I suspect that it's because we recently moved here and my NOT 208 area code gave it away. Such a shame because I could have been a guaranteed monthly paying client that needs services for two dogs.

Was seen by both the vet tech and vet within 10 minutes. Vet was nice and straight to the point, didn't try and push anything which I appreciated. Was given meds, checked out and on our way by 11:35! Loved how fast we were seen.
