She did respond after about 36 hours and said she's not accepting new clients. It doesn't make sense to me to not accept new clients, why not accept appointments on a first come first serve basis. I suspect that it's because we recently moved here and my NOT 208 area code gave it away. Such a shame because I could have been a guaranteed monthly paying client that needs services for two dogs.

I was 5 min away & they said to just come on in! I'm so grateful that the vet was willing to trust a dog he's never met & pull the quill without sedation. They said Gypsum did great and just sat there calmly (as I was hoping he would). I can tell the doctor had a very no-nonsense approach, and I really appreciate that! If I lived here in Rexburg, THIS would be my vet!

Loved how fast we were seen.

I used this groomer for a long time and frankly my dog has never know anyone better. The team there is, by far, the best of the best. Attention to details, loving and gentle care, consistent and dependable results, a fair price on services... everything they did for Isabella (my pooch) and our family was awesome... and then I had to move. What makes me write this review now is the endless search to try to find that level of service again. Trust me when I say it is rare to find. If you have the opportunity to become one of the regulars at A Cut Above seize the opportunity and enjoy it. You'll never find a better pet groomer anywhere in the USA.

Was able to give our cat medication and IV. She stayed the night. When I called 1st thing Sat morning was told she was stable and Dr would give us a call when he returned from another emergency. Dr. Tew called and let us know our cat was stable and we could come pick her up. We picked her up she looked so much better. Dr. Tew told us to call him if she gets worse. Luckily over 24 hrs she is back to our normal spunky girl. I am so happy the staff Upper Valley Vet helped our cat. The prices for the great care was by far very resonable.
