Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value As…read morea current tenant I highly recommend finding a different management company. I find they will tell you whatever you want in your face but can't get a follow threw or call back. There are 8 people and 2 dogs (4 adults), that are living above me in a 2 bedroom apartment! So unfair to have to pay what I do and can't sleep any hours of the night. It would be great if I could even manage a nap in the afternoon but they allow their kids to roller skate around the apartment FOR HOURS, with dogs chasing. I know because I have looked up there on thier balcony where they also skate around. I have been promised many times they would do something, and then promised many more they were going to move me, yet have never followed threw but I'm 6 months into my lease and I don't think it's fair for me to have to move my fully decorated apartment (with only 6 months left) when I was here first and I am not the rude inconsiderate one. When I finally confronted the family myself they told me they could be as loud as they wanted until 10pm. I pay 1700 for an apartment, no fitness center, no pool, no community hang out, JUST MY APARTMENT and a response would be nice from the management company. Also I was told the building was a secure building, which considering there are 8-9 air B and Bs in my building that have people in and out, porns being shot, parties being thrown, trash in the parking lot, drunks screaming in the parking lot all night, dogs pooping in the door way and being left. I am a single women living alone I don't need the crowd that comes threw these air b and bs having full access to my building, that's not secure, not to mention no cameras in building or parking lot. When people don't live here they don't respect it, and the air b and be are a huge problems. It's absolute chaos and unexceptable when tenants pay what they do for what they do. I am counting down days to be out of this apartment and w a better management company! Not to mention most these good reviews are from thier own employees, most likely forced upon hire.

Be Careful Renting from NAI Black…read more NAI Black does a lot of real estate stuff but they also rent apartments. I was a renter. Everyone I spoke with at the company including the property manager Dan Mettie and a lady in the office were really great. And I felt like the apartment I was in was taken really great care of, and I felt like it was a great price. That's not why you should be careful. About 4-5 weeks after moving in, they up and sold my apartment building to another company. The day NAI Black sold the apartment building, the new company notified us they would be kicking everyone out ASAP and renovating the place. I had no warning of this when I moved in. And I don't think the apartment building needs renovations. To say the least, the new company is not a good property management company either, with multiple questionable decisions that are likely lease violations. The point is that NAI Black puts its renters at a lower priority than making a quick buck. It's completely legal, but also completely disruptive to your life. So, with all the changes going on in Spokane in terms of housing prices, avoid renting from this company that might one day decide to sell your building to anyone who makes a high enough offer.

The NAI Black has very bad - 1 star review rating on Google. I should check it first before…read morecontacting them. Here is the summary. The listing agent Christopher Bell shows very uncommon unprofessional behavior and arrogant attitude toward buyers. Christopher Bell refuses to provide any basic financial information (Cap Rate, NOI, rent roll) to the qualified buyer, to consider if the property is worth to start conversation about it. He requested from the Buyer to sign a confidentiality agreement. After the buyer sign the agreement, Chris Bell still refuses to provide any financial information without any reason and behaving irrationally. Moreover, Chris Bell starts behaving arrogantly in email response toward Buyer/Client, accusing qualified Buyers/Investor in financial incompetency. The behavior of Christopher Bell is very unprofessional on the grounds of depriving the Seller a qualified Buyer. This fact provides sufficient basis for estimating anticipated lost profit for Seller/Owner with reasonable certainty. I would not recommend Christopher Bell to friends, investors and family under any circumstances.

Rent elsewhere unless you want to be strung along and deceived. We viewed a rental property, loved it, and applied. We even negotiated a 6 month lease with the owner and I signed it. When I needed to send in a corrected copy, I asked Alli if I could bring it in person on Wednesday. She told me it was "no big deal," assured me no one else was applying, and promised I'd be the first to know if that changed. Instead, on Monday she avoided my call, only to send an email that evening saying they had already given the property to another applicant. No warning, no courtesy call (as she promised) nothing. When I confronted her Tuesday, she refused to take responsibility. I told her I would be leaving a review and including her name, not as a threat, but as reality. She actually accused me of "threatening" her rather than owning up to her dishonesty. Bottom line: Alli Tompkins did not just make a mistake, she lied, dodged accountability, and then played the victim when called out. If this is how an employee of RH Cooke treats applicants before they even move in, imagine the nightmare once you're a tenant.

I would give 0 stars if I could!…read more --Alli Tompkins is who horribly assisted us on this that works there. Stay away from this place, they are untruthful, liars, and unorganized, only out for MONEY. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. Honestly, they probably realized we were a lesbian couple and did not want to rent to us any longer. (We make well above the qualifiable income with Credit scores near 800, no evictions, pay rent a month early, perfect rental and reference history.) My fiancé and I applied for a rental that was on the market for 120 days in Spokane! We both paid and filled out an application and we were APPROVED, we lived out of town, so we had to sign the lease and get it notarized to prove it was us and mail it back. ( Also, its 2025, get DocuSign) Anyways, they reach back out saying that our lease was incorrect because I (Fiance) Signed it where it says Co-Applicant as they told us to specifically do when we called and asked about it. (Apparently, I was not allowed to sign ANYTHING for the lease, I wasn't even listed to be on it) So, we said fine, we will do it again and only my fiancé will sign it in person (3.5 Hr drive) This was Friday when they called and said our lease was incorrectly signed, on the following Monday they notify us that they went with another applicant and weren't appreciative of us signing the lease wrong so they "Gave it to someone else". She even told us on Friday that no one else has applied and that we are okay to come in in person and correct the signatures!! Untruthful, unreliable and should have listened to all the reviews. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
