Kevin Sullivan was our rep for over 21 years. He was always available when needed and arrived at the shop very quickly when called. Always had a great attitude and was always very friendly. We will be moving to a bigger/better place and the first person i will be calling is Kevin to receive service from him again. I am very pleased with all the help and fast service. Kevin, thank you for your help and will be calling you soon. --DANNY read more

I have enjoyed the service and professional staff with source one. David has represented us well for over twenty years. I recently retired and he even stopped in to wish me best wishes. From beginning to the end I could always count on him to keep us up and running smooth. If I get back into business in the future I will be calling on him again. read more

great sales pitch, good service until 7 years later you cancel and they continue to take money from your account, don't return calls and lie.... don't do business with these crooks. Go to a big bank instead. read more

My company scheduled an account review with Source One to see if we could save some money after a friend recommended them to me. The Source One representative discovered we had been paying too much for processing and equipment for years when we processed credit cards with Wells Fargo Bank. He took his time to answer all of our questions. He also did a side by side comparison. He was very thorough and went over the contract and every detail with us. I also called the local office the support staff and found them to be knowledgeable and helpful during the process. We have referred Source One Payment Solutions to other business owners and our friends because they have been fair and honest. Updating with contact info: Kevin 626.354.4757 read more

Absolute snakes! Do not believe anything they say. I used them for several years and when I eventually tried to cancel, they pretended to fulfill my request yet continued charging me SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS. I then reached out on NUMEROUS occasions and was always given the run around. It has been TWO YEARS and I am fed up. I encourage all previous clients whom have had the same experience to contact me so that we can file a class action lawsuit and judging by all of these negative reviews, it will be an easy case. read more

I thought for awhile before even looking on Yelp to complain about their very bad service, ever increasing prices and absolute poor representation until I dropped them. Our rep, or so call rep David was the worst! He never measured up to Bill Keane. Bill was the reason we went with Source One. I was further disappointing when I had to pay off the lease on my terminal. I wish I would have left sooner! Shop around! read more

These people are very dishonest and do not want to help the merchant. We had a representative for the first years of our service and everything was fine but when she quit it was terrible. They don't return phone call or answer emails. We recently switched companies and went about the correct way of terminating the service, and they still "stole" extra fees from our account, no invoice, no explanation, have not answered a phone call or email as to why! Stay away they are crooks! read more

Source one has been a great resource for my office. They programs they offer are very competitive in the merchant services realm and the rates are exactly as they state in the agreements that are presented. They provide excellent service and are very quick to respond to any issue or inquiry in the office. Laura Bazerman-Swanson and Chad Boyd do an excellent job and I would recommend them to any business. read more

Landmark Payroll is a great solution for all your payroll needs. The staffs are not only very friendly and helpful but also very knowledgeable when it comes to different payroll and tax filing questions. Jennifer, our account representative, was very patient and committed to provide us top service. We weren't the easiest customer to get since we were looking at different options, but Jennifer persisted and helped us find the best package that fits our needs. I definitely recommend Landmark Payroll to all businesses. Thank you! read more

Service Mailers has been working with Source One Payment Solutions for approx. 13 years. Their pricing is very competitive and they are very easy to work with. It's not often that we have an issue, but any time that we have, our Sales Rep, Laura Bazerman-Swanson is always very responsive and they resolve issues quickly. I highly recommend them to any company that would like to have very good pricing and great customer service. Thank you! Marcy Clarke read more

HORRIBLE! My co- workers and I have been beyond disappointed in this company. We were lied to from day one. Constantly charged new fee's. I was told my contract would be waived and to not worry about it. Now they want $350 to get out of a three year contract we all did not existed. Square up by Chase is a much better way to go. They are honest with NO contracts. Source One you will never get a straight story. The whole company are a bunch of scam artists! read more

I'm a new Source One Payment Solutions customer and my rep, David, has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. Everything he promised me has come true. As far as credit card processing companies go, I hate them with a passion. I've been a small business owner for over two decades and I usually stick with what works and although my previous solution wasn't working for years and I desperately wanted to find a better solution, I just didn't trust any of the credit processing companies that called me daily to switch. I hated their tactics trying to convince me and tell me they will save me money and try to make me feel guilty if I didn't switch, or to meet with them for a free evaluation, etc. But David was different as he came from a referral of a friend and I just got a good feeling from him that he was looking out for my best interests. He made the process super easy as I was very busy that day and as promised, I was set up with a terminal that used my internet connection, the money from each transaction is in my bank the very next business day instead of what used to be 3-4 days which killed my cash flow, and the rates were better than what I had before. I now look forward to swiping credit cards! Recently I discovered my terminal will process cards that don't even need swiping. It confused me at first, you just wave the card next to the terminal and it reads it. I didn't even realize my terminal could do that. One more happy experience to share. I was in desperate need of receipt paper, so I called my rep up, and in just a few hours, I got all the refills I needed! Now that is customer service. I highly recommend Source One Payment Solutions to any business that is looking for a better credit processing experience! read more

When it comes to merchant services the only thing that is important is service and pricing. A rep from Source One analyzed my statements and showed me how Wells Fargo Bank was overcharging me and hiding that fact. I had 2 more competitors quote me and decided to sign up with Source One. The service is excellent. They answer my phone calls and are always there to help me maintain my ability to accept credit cards. I will recommend them to any business owner. read more

This is the worst payroll services that I ever dealt with you guys don't take care of the taxes obligations right away and we keep getting past due notices and in my 10 years being with the company we have never ever had to deal with leans or levys! This is the worst company to ever deal with, they are bunch of liars and thieves, I signup to use their service and from beginning was trouble. they said the funds will be credited over night it always took 48 hours to credit. I was forced to close my account with them they charged me $395 cancellation fee one time and then they hit my account again one more time $395. It has been over a month I call daily to request credit for over the charge and they give the same story over and over again. Accounting department is in meeting, supervisor is not available, it has been submitted to accounting for processing and on and on, like a broken record. If not paid by April 1st I'll file lawsuit. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SOURCEONE PAYMENT SOLUTIONS. read more
