This is Mobler's new location, it is not too large inside so you don't feel you will spend hours to look at everything. They sell everything from kitchen tables, couches to bedroom furniture and accessories. The feel of this place is simple and modern and has nice clean washrooms too. The staff are friendly and you are free to roam and look around without any salesperson following you. We picked out a dresser with a matching nightstand but wanted to show our daughter to make sure she would like it so I took a picture of it on my phone. We went back two weeks later to purchase both items but the nightstand had gone up $20 in price. I told the sales lady and she said she would give me the lower price. We drove our car around to the back of the building to pick it up from the warehouse staff. The furniture was easy to assemble and has a nice finish. We find it not the best quality but not cheap either so the prices are reasonable for what you get. So if you are shopping for any modern-looking furniture, check this place out!

I spoke to Chad over the phone to return them because they are safety hazards and he called me a liar the units cant fell over. I went to the store to complain to the owner, Eric, about what Chad said but he was even more rude than his employee saying he doesn't care if I was called a liar by his employee and that they cant fall over unless I try to rotate it with one hand, it needs to be rotated with 2 hands and do not fill them with stuff?????? And when I insisted on returning them because of they are not functional if I cant fill them with books they got mad to the extent that they started to call me names and use the f word. I called the police for them and I have an indecent report #19227603 please save yourself the humiliation. There are other places to go to where they respect their clients and stand behind any defects in their products. I am gonna burn those units because I don't want anything to remind me of them and I am going to take my report to Alberta Customers rights and BBB. please contact me if you need to know more information.

You can wait days for an emergency repair and for other repairs such as major leaks, forget getting help. If you neighbors fry everything in grease your house will smell like a fast food restaurant and within a week it will smell rancid and awful. Again property management will do nothing to help. Assigned parking is a joke, again property management will do nothing. High rents, dirty mold invested units and zero service. If you can help it, rent somewhere else, you will be happy you did.

I have rented here for two years, they make you sign a fixed term lease and then want you to sign a…read morenew lease a month prior to the lease expiring. If you ask for more time or why you are signing so early and locking into another year they threaten you with eviction. Buildings are in poor repair and lots of issues with major leaks and sewage back up. On site property manager is horrible and ignore maintenance requests. Rent goes up each year and services go down. There is assigned parking but management does not enforce so good luck in keeping your parking stall. Parking lots are impassable in the winter and they do not clean them. My advice is rent elsewhere.
