I was a little surprised at its popularity as its location is in a plaza with plenty of other eateries and chains. I ordered their wrap that came with a choice of soup, salad or chips ($10.15). They also offered many pressed sandwiches and salads at similar prices. The grilled chicken wrap looked delicious with quite a variety of fillings: corn, tortilla chips, black beans, lettuce and monterrey jack cheese with chipotle dressing. The portion was huge and each fresh bite had a nice crunch. Chunks of chicken breast filled the cold wrap but would've tasted better warm. It was still good. The spicy Thai chicken soup was similar to Tim Horton's. I felt they should've used a soup bowl instead of the styrofoam cup for dine-in at the eatery. Both items tasted mildly sweet (wrap from the chipotle sauce) and weren't spicy at all.

For the both of us with drinks, it came up to around $35 (goodbye money) and we got our food pretty quickly. I do have to say that the food is AMAZING! I don't know how they do it but there's legit magic in the food they make. The chicken avocado was great but I would recommended that tender seared tuna if you are feeling boujee enough. So yeah, 10/10 would recommend if you're feeling boujee health nutty, but be wary of coming there on a Friday and the week before you get paid!

The fries were indeed terrific and I enjoyed dipping them in the tzaziki sauce I asked for. Since I was new, the exceptionally friendly staff allowed to to try a couple samples of other sides, such as the tomato and avocado salad and the roasted cauliflower. And my second proper side was a fresh salad with a house-made vinaigrette. I also ordered the lentil soup which I loved. And I went with the skewers for my chicken. My wife was also there and she went with the rotisserie chicken which she said was exceptional. The prices are really good too. They're also known for their sandwiches which are pressed, so maybe I'll give that a shot when I'm next in the area. I'm a bit sad I'm not often in this area, but it may be for the best - as I'd probably find myself here too much.

Everything is made with fresh ingredients. The owner Mike is very nice and friendly. He will make sure you are happy with the food.

It was soggy even though the bagel itself was toasted and the bacon was over cooked and hard. *Keep in mind, this bagel at full price is actually $8.99+ tax (see below in my next paragraph for details why).* So for $10.16 after tax, I had expected a much better quality. I could've had a better breakfast bagel at McDonald's or Tim Hortons for half or even 1/3 the price. On another note, the horrible customer service I received was from the lady who served me at cash. After a gentleman made my order, I told him that it should have came with cheese and egg which he missed adding it in. The lady jumped in and said that I didn't order that even though I confirmed my order with her when paying. Then she insisted that I pay an extra $3+ tax for the egg since apparently what I wanted is actually $8.99+ tax.
