I would have been open to accepting a restocking fee or anything. The owner told me that he cannot provide a refund for a special order. He merely labeled what I ordered as a special order to prevent refunds. He's running a fraudulent operation because he had the same amplifier in stock when I came in to make the initial down payment. To make matters worse, he refused to negotiate with me and chose to call the police and have me trespassed. Now he has $800 of mine without providing me with any products or services.
