Once again she made my experience so lovely and helped me with everything I was looking for. The time I saw her before Christmas she told me all about the Marshalls card and getting 10% off first purchase, Which I automatically went and signed up for when i was checking out. When a customer presents a kohls coupon to be applied to their account and the manager decides ( she doesn't agree) she intentionally held up the transaction, because she (Lydia) wants to tell the customer all about how she feels, to include telling the customer, oh you want twenty dollars, do you want me to "go in my purse and grab twenty dollars" in efforts to disrespect and humiliate the customer, she should be relieved from her job. This was All stated in front of the Asst Manager Sara. Sara had to calm Lydia down. Lydia stood behind her assistant manager and proceeded to Antagonize a customer service Nightmare and she is the Manager? When Sara came to finish the transaction, she said "Oh its all done"..So Lydia wanted to keep me their with my credit card in her hand to continue an unhealthy debate..."Wow" I have been a Loyal Kohls customer for 20 years. I brought in 2 dresses that had matching bolero style jackets. Again I stopped in to see how they were priced. Both dresses were on the rack for sale missing the bolero jackets. I questioned the salesperson on duty telling her that these were my consigned items and the jackets were missing. Response was "oh they sometimes get misplaced.". She did locate one of the jackets and promised to look for the other. I returned several weeks later the jacket was still not found. So my experience was horrible. Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen. Hoping for them, it was an off day, but I can no longer endorse a recommendation .
