My mom and I are regulars on Monday night for cardio line dancing with Wanda, who teaches classic line dances like Wobble and Cha cha slide and new line dances that are easy for all levels. It definitely is a great low impact workout but also so much fun. My mom and I always have a great time working up a sweat here.
