I would however recommend that anyone attending would complete the face-to-face sessions because the experience is much richer that way. So, honestly it would just depend on what type of learning style you are but the face to face gave me hands on opportunities that helped me better understand my coaching style and things I could do to expand my practice. Being able to actually build relationships with other coaching students and practicing was a great experience as well. I felt that I was able to begin building that peer support system. It was also interesting to learn directly from coaches Cherese, Lakendra, and Andrea and to get feedback from them all during our one on one feedback sessions, role plays, and hearing their real stories about some of the challenges that they have had as coaches.
