I squealed in excitement and he asked, "Would you like the bike plate too?" This tells me he wasn't selling me the product, he wanted to SHOW me another product with my namesake. Positive customer experience, the staff knows their products and store, and UCSB (University of California, Santa Barbara) clothes. I checked every souvenir shop from top (away from the beach) of State Street down to 'Only in Santa Barbara' (towards the beach) searching for a Santa Barbara ornament that best represented my vacation.
