Got there and the car wouldnt even open, battery that flat. Had to put a charger on it got in, only to find almost everything didn't work. - told dont worry it would be fixed, but this is no good, it was only a £4k car, was hoping to drive it away that day if it was as described, which it was no where near. Described as near mint.... hahahah dont make me laugh. Gouges on the bonnet, paint peeling from the bumpers, rust bubbles on the wheel arches, interior that has not been cleaned in over 5 years - what was cream leather resembled black leather, missing undertray / bodged hoses and the list goes on and on. The car would have struggled to make £2k and these jokers had it up for over £4k. Pointed out the issues and they just dont care, try to fob you off with clear bull as they clearly know nothing at all about cars and assume everyone coming through their doors know less than that. Please, keep driving / walking past this place and hopefully the trading standards actions that are against them will close them down for good.

The sales guy (Craig) was friendly and answered all our questions without being too pushy, he also had a sense of humour which is a bonus :D - shame more car dealers are not like him really! We had plenty of time to look around the car and take it for a test drive, then when we were ready to make an offer, the negotiation process was straight forward and we are very happy with our new SEAT Leon (including the added extras!) We also had the car back @ the dealer for some warranty in December, this was also a pleasant experience and handled with professionalism throughout. I always have a courtesy car, so sometimes may have to wait a bit longer for a slot for a service. The courtesy car is alway clean (I got the same car as I was having serviced, an A Class). When I returned for my car, they went through any problems. Its a new car, so usually very minor. They are very quick and everything is done very well. I always get back a car that is alot cleaner than when it went in, inside and out. Very happy with them and would use them again.

I am far from being an expert on cars , but took the car out for a lengthy test drive and all seemed well, so with the garage including a free 3 month parts and labour warranty, together with seeing it had a full service history and an HPI check confirmed there were no issues to be wary of, I decided to buy it and paid using a VISA card in case of any issues occurring after I had bought it. Thankfully, almost three weeks in, there have been no issues. I am happy with the price I paid for the car, which reflected the high mileage. I was also pleasantly surprised that the garage gave me the price I wanted to trade in my old car. These guys are easy to deal with and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. I had (thankfully) already bought my new car from them, before reading their reviews. Some of the reviews I read were so damning that I would most likely have not made the trip up there from Potters Bar, if I had read them beforehand, as I would have done normally when dealing with someone I don't know. When I returned to collect the car and deliver my old car, I asked the salesman about the negative reviews and he informed me that they were bogus reviews made by a disgruntled competitor. Based upon the distinct contrast between the excellent service I received compared with the content of the negative reviews, I am inclined to believe that unfortunately these guys are indeed the victim of malicious reviews. When I was there they had an extensive stock of mid to high end vehicles and you only need to look around their stock to see that they are legitimate. This is a genuine review I have at time of posting this review, no connection or relationship with anyone connected with this dealer, other than in relation to my purchase as detailed above. Whilst I am unable to comment on other customers experiences, my own experience has left me extremely dubious about those reviews which appear to have a common theme of advising would be customers to "steer clear" or "stay away". Absolute disaster here. Totally disorganised company, i could not believe it! I traded in my…read morebeloved 206 for the 206cc, well when i went to pick it up they couldnt find the keys? How professional is that! I had to give them my insurance certificate (as expected) they took it away with other documentation to check, and i never got it back! They handed me all the paperwork back and i assumed it was in with this, when i got home it wasnt there - rang 3 times and was assured they had just put it in the post. When i rang a week later as i hadnt received it, they had no record of me? Or any insurance certificate. I also had an imobiliser code for the wrong car (so if anyone has got a blue 206cc from perrys and is missing the imobiliser code, i have it lol) They didnt show me where the car was, they just handed me the keys after an hour and a half of waiting for them to find them, so i just went and drove off - i could have been anyone stealing that car! They also never asked for my car keys for the trade in - stupidly i gave them in, i should have kept it! They promised me free tax for a year, and a free MOT. When i got the paperwork, it had actually been taxed and MOT'd a month and a half previously, which was about a month before i even decided i wanted a new car! Found out that someone had actually bought the car and returned it, and i found out why - the clutch didnt work, the roof leaked, the doors didnt shut properly, the automatic lights and windscreen wipers were broke, the brakes needed new disks AND pads. How did this even pass the MOT? i have no idea!! Argueed my point with them for months, never received a reply until i threatened to come down and sit outside their office and warn off customers, then i got an emailed reply saying they will repair all problems for me. Free of charge. All i had to do was take 2 days off of work (unpaid) and travel the 60 something miles there plus back (and pay for accomodation while they fixed it over the 2 days) LOL how nice of them :) So i did this, just to get it all sorted, they then tried to charge me the labour and i said nope you said free. And when i got home - it started raining and the roof still bloomin leaked! Non of the problems were fixed except the clutch didnt squeek as much. In the end i sold the bloody thing at a 6grand loss, just to get rid of it!! Useless cars and useless salesmen - avoid these cowboys!

I was never made to feel like i was being taken for a ride!! like some garages do! There were also able to fit in with with when i need the work to be done.
