Hannah was a great technician and the girl at the front desk was super helpful and even help me sign up for a package deal back home. I didn't even know we had one where I live! The wax was very comfortable and of course it always hurts a bit but Hannah did a great job of making it as comfortable as possible. The package deal is also a very good deal and if you are a new customer you get a nice discount.
