Natural Massotherapy (NM) had a well put together site and I contacted them for appt. They were gracious and fit me in. After a long day of driving 6 plus hrs into the area I was full of stress knots in neck and sciatic was acting up. I found the bldg easily enough per sites directions. The therapist was very professional and the therapy room was lockable to the public which I liked. Her touch was warm and soothing and although she was told exactly where my problems areas were she didn't go directly to them. She clearly has a routine and method to her therapy sessions. When she did make her way to the areas she gave then extra attention they needed. It was so relaxing I felt like falling asleep. Some places I've been to they do sheet cover a d some do not. I don't mind either way as I'm ok with being nude. She utilizes a soft set of sheets to cover and then moves it or your body around to work. When personal parts were close to or did slip into sight she very easily reconfigured the sheet. So professional and great massage that left me feeling 10x better than when I arrived thank you.

The vibe is pleasant and I am always offered a beverage. However, I had one bad experience with a manicure by "new talent". Linda and her team are not just excellent at nails. I've had numerous manicures and pedicures here and they always do a great job. In addition, they are really nice people who care about their customers. I come here whenever I visit Cleveland. It is in a great location in the heart of Little Italy so I always bring a friend or family member to get their nails done too. Since I am in their system, they know exactly what I need. I always check out any new services they offer if I can. I haven't had a massage there yet but I'm planning on it soon. There is parking for customers only. Since Little Italy does not have a lot of parking, that is a real plus. Yelp should really take down the review that complained about parking as it is obvious that person was never a customer of the spa. I would give Spa 322 6 stars if I could. I will be back again and again so I can keep my nails gorgeous!

I didn't see how massage could help me, but in the end I felt that Rita helped me more than even the physical therapists. She has a vast knowledge of the muscles and nerves and their interaction with each other. She saw me twice a week for the first couple of months and once a week for the next couple of months. It was amazing how, after working with me for several weeks, her hands would go right to the trigger spots that were hurting, even without me telling her where it hurt. I credit her for getting those large muscles to unlock and put me on the path to moving again. She is consistent in her ongoing study of alternative measures to help her patients recover. She is very proficient in different techniques of massage therapy, and was even able to give me stretches and other exercises that helped to unlock my muscles. I would tell anyone, you can trust her with your body. I am now walking 6-8 miles a day, have no back or neck pain, and I feel great. If you have been injured, or even if you haven't and just need to relax, RUN to her. You won't be sorry. Carolee Upshur
