I had a very old computer (maybe 12 years old) that I wanted wiped clean for possible use again (simple internet and word processing) and I wanted the photos saved. I didn't have the power cable. Victor, the proprietor, had me text him a photo of the model # sticker on the back. Based on that he was able to order the power cable (and I venmo'ed him the $25). So I gave him my wife's macbook, which had basically exploded in some tragic travel accidents.
