You will also need to tip-toe around any questions as to why something isn't working or why there is an additional cost, or their CEO goes irate on you. The benefit of their platform is that it features several integrated systems like email marketing, social media posting, etc., but in our experience most of these features did not work well enough to actually use. We worked with them for many years and finally broke loose and rebuilt our website on Wix. Now we can make any website changes we want without waiting on them for a response or additional charges.
