The plumbing service I have used in the past was not able to assist, due to no plumbers available. I called Flow plumbing after reading several positive reviews, here in Yelp. When I spoke to Garret and explained the situation, he stated I will have someone out thir in a few hours. A couple of hours later, he called me back, advised the plumber he was going to send was still on a job, that he himself would come. A short while later, a knock on the door,he took his muddy boots of came into our townhouse, evaluated and resolved the clog, and made sure their was no issue with Grand Strand Water Service. I called Integrity for help getting my newly renovated sinks connected as well as a water line to…read morethe fridge. Let me tell you, I was utterly wowed the very first day when Rick and his son, Alec, came to give an estimate. At that point, the water was not turned on due to missing valves on the faucet pipes. Rick was kind enough to put the valves on for me so I could have water (and toilets!) for the week until he could come to do the entire job, which was so incredible. All you have to do is watch Rick and Alec for 5 minutes or less before you realize you are in the presence of greatness. I do not say that lightly. Rick is clearly at the top of his field and absolutely knows what he's doing. Alec is very blessed to be learning from his dad and it's clear he's picking it up very well. I am so incredibly impressed, I honestly cannot rave enough. I've worked with many contractors and wannabe contractors over the past several months, please allow me to confirm this is the most professional, knowledgeable, and incredible team in Horry County. I wanted to add one more thing: there was a scheduling delay due to a legitimate emergency on their part. I really needed faucets and Rick went so far above and beyond to help me, I am truly forever grateful. He worked so hard to ensure I had faucets when needed - Rick is the very definition of integrity. I will keep Integrity Plumbing on my speed dial as there is no other plumber for me. Thank you, gentlemen.
