Shlomi was excellent throughout the entire process. He originally came out a month or two ago to provide the estimate, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and never once pressured us into booking. He simply told us to call whenever we were ready, which we really appreciated. On the day of service, Shlomi and his crew showed up on time, professional, and extremely organized. You could immediately tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They moved all of our furniture and belongings carefully out of the way so they could properly work on the floors. I believe there were about six crew members, and Shlomi did a great job leading and coordinating the team throughout the day. What really stood out was the communication. During every stage of the restoration process, Shlomi explained what they were doing and showed us the progress of the floors. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced when it comes to flooring and stone restoration. Our travertine floors look amazing now -- honestly better than we expected. The years of foot traffic, kitchen spills, plus aging pets who made their own "contribution"; we needed a deep cleaning but knew we would never enjoy beautiful floors again. We were wrong. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture.
