This has been my go to place for pizza for the past 7 years. I hate to say it but I have watched its management over the last year or so start driving death nails into this business. They have managed to mess up something with each of my last 4 orders. Pizza is usually good but there is no longer any consistency with the product and the service has tanked. Last order left out the dipping sauce. One before that had the pizza sitting on the oven for 15 minutes while I asked when it was going to be ready and told it should be just a few more minutes 3 times. Before that, tried to give me the wrong order, caught that before I left And number 4 was just lousy pizza. Very little cheese, sparse toppings, seemed like discount pizza. I am looking for a new pizza place now. Sad as the used to be very good but I can no longer roll the dice on what I am going to get from them from one time to the next. read more

They have a sign in the window that says you get two slices of pizza, a drink and a dipping sauce for $4.50. I ordered that very thing and they neglected to give me my dipping sauce. When I asked for it, they told me it's 50 cents extra, despite what the sign says. I would have just walked out, but by that point they had already taken my money. Do not order pizza from this company. We ordered pizza on a regular basis and the last 3 times we ordered 2 of the orders were incorrect. I talked with the owner about this and he offered to put a note in their system to allow me to order a 3 item large pizza for free with the next order. i called to order a pizza and advised them that I was to get a free pizza. "not in the record " they said. Asked to speak with the manager. He basically said the same thing and wouldn't do anything about it. I got the impression that he just didn't care and was too busy to talk to me about a large 3 item pizza. I advised him that I could help him not be so busy. Come here if you like getting ripped off. Everytime we come here we are charged something different. I just ordered their walk in special which is $6.99 plus tax. He charged me $8.00. When I mentioned that didn't seem right, he did the calculation and said yes, 7.89 is $6.99 plus tax. And continued to charge me $8 because that is what they charge and "he just works here". The sign advertised in the window states $6.99 plus tax. I know it's only .11 but it is the wrong price. Last time they charged us $12 because we added an additional topping. Apparently extra cheese makes the pizza double priced. It's too bad they are shady and have such poor customer service because the pizza isn't bad for a quick walk in special. But I won't be back. If I'm going to spend more money than I planned on I'll order a quality pizza from somewhere that gives me good customer service. read more

Soparon's makes soggy pizza with far too much cheese. So much cheese, in fact, that you can't taste the other toppings. We ordered a mushroom, broccoli and chicken pizza, unfortunately I could barely find the mushrooms, broccoli or chicken because they were soooo buried in cheese. Not organized place at all. Wait times are ridiculous and no one seems to know where your pizza is after waiting for so long. I have tried this place 3 times hoping it would be better but it is not. I just got pizza from Soprano's and once again they didn't disappoint. I like to get the 2-for-1 deal. 2 mediums or larges with 6 total toppings to split between your pizzas, and a dipping sauce. They are delicious, affordable and always supply great service. Also, the young lady (unfortunately I've never found out her name) is always nice and polite and very good at her job. I will always recommend this place for pizza. read more

Soprano's pizza is some of the best and cheapest pizza I've had in London. At $8 for a large pepperoni pizza, this is my go-to place. However, the reason that I gave it 3 stars is due to the service. I understand that they are incredibly busy, but the phone service that I've had has almost always left something to be desired. I have been kept on hold for 20 minutes, simply to order a pizza, the person I spoke to was exceptionally short and rude with me, and if the pizza wasn't so good, I wouldn't have returned. I hope that the service can be improved, because I dread calling them to order a pizza for pick up. Not enough to keep me away from the pizza, but still a bit of an issue! read more

The owner will scream expletives at you if you dare point out a mistake on their part. The worst place to eat, last night I ordered 24 chicken wings, they took more than an hour for delivery, finally when the delivery came, it came with bloody wings, I call back to "try" to explain that because the person who answer me with his poor English try to explain me that was my fault because I never said " the term "?????? Last night will be the last time - the crust was like cardboard and tasted as if it were the old dough from the past 3 days. Not impressed with their customer service.
